Use & Care
Stainless steel tools
Most of our stainless tools are dishwasher safe, but a quick hand wash and dry keeps them looking their best longest. Check the product page — a few pieces with wooden or glued parts are hand wash only.
Cast iron
Our burger presses come pre-seasoned. Rinse with hot water, avoid harsh detergent, dry thoroughly and wipe with a thin layer of oil now and then. Don't leave cast iron soaking or air-drying — that's what causes rust.
Wooden handles
Wipe wooden handles with a damp cloth rather than soaking them, and they'll stay solid for years.
Storage
Dry fully before storing. For hanging racks and holders, follow the included instructions and use the anchors provided for a secure fit.
